2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Products

We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from images because of screen settings. Plated items may wear over time with normal use; keep jewellery away from water, perfume and chemicals to help it last. Some products may contain metals to which some people are sensitive — please check the product description if you have allergies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless you choose another currency, and include VAT where applicable for UK customers. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs, destinations and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

9. Use of the website

You must not misuse our website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in England and Wales, or in the part of the United Kingdom where you live; if you live in the EU you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
