Shipping policy

Every Aegean Muse order is sent with tracking. Our jewellery is dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Guangzhou, China.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs checks, courier delays, public holidays or severe weather.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet able to deliver there.

Duties and taxes

Prices for UK customers include VAT where applicable. For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. If a parcel is refused because these charges were not paid, we may deduct the return shipping cost from any refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering at ethanmunashetagwira@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We will investigate with the courier and send a replacement or a full refund.
