2. Our products
Our jewellery is described as accurately as we can. Photographs are a guide, and colour can vary slightly between screens. Sterling silver pieces are marked 925. Finishes such as rhodium and 18K gold plating can wear over time with use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling or your local currency and include any VAT where it applies. Prices may differ by country. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before you are charged.
4. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

6. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. If you have a metal sensitivity, check the material description before buying. Keep jewellery dry and store it separately.
