Refund policy

We want you to love your Aegean Muse jewellery. If you don't, this policy explains how to cancel, return or get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel (change of mind)

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do so, email us at ethanmunashetagwira@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the items back.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and backings. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to examine it (as you would in a shop).

Hygiene exception — earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears can only be returned for change of mind if they are unworn and the hygiene seal or protective packaging has not been removed. This does not affect your rights if earrings are faulty.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending items back is paid by you. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. We will provide the return address when you contact us — please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will offer a full refund, including original shipping, or a free replacement, and we will cover any return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may have further rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or receive evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is sooner), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. For change-of-mind cancellations of a full order we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid; any extra paid for a faster delivery option is not refunded. Your bank may take a few further days to show the refund.
